Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy

We pride ourselves in offering high quality personalized artwork to your complete satisfaction, turning photos into art for our customers. We understand that personalized artwork is truly in the eye of the beholder, but we are confident that you will be fully satisfied with our work, or we will give your money back!


If your artwork has been shipped to you already, simply call us within 7 days of delivery to let us know that you will be returning it. As long as we hear from you, and then receive your returned artwork within 14 days of the original delivery date. We will refund you for the amount paid for the returned item, minus any shipping charges paid by Gabby Tary. Those shipping charges are not refundable if an order is returned.


If your artwork has not been shipped, and you don’t want to continue your artwork project with us, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will cancel your order and issue you a full refund.

Damaged Items:

If your artwork is damaged during shipping,. We do not require damaged items to be returned. However, we need you to provide photos of the damage so that our shipping department can handle the claim process with our carrier properly.

  • Gabby Tary reserves the right to deny returns from customers with excessive return history.
  • If a photo is blurry, we will let you know right away. If you would like us to try anyway, we can continue if you waive your right to a full refund. Instead of a refund, we can offer you an in-store credit in this case.
  • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund.
