FAA return policy is very simple:

If you're not happy with a purchase, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date.   As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.   Please note - we do not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

If you've hesitated to purchase artwork online in the past, why not give us a try?   You have nothing to lose!

1. For original paintings: Once you receive the painting you have a week to decide whether you like it or not. After one week there will be no returns and no refunds. The best practice is contact me before purchase. 

2. For prints: Bought from gabbytary.com  it's the same refund police as for originals.

3. For pet portrait paintings: If at any time during the first phase of, the Pet portrait Process you decide, for any reason, that you are not happy with the results you are getting, you may request a full refund of all money paid, no questions asked. 

If later in the portrait process you decide that you are not happy with the results you are getting, you may still request a refund, but some funds will be deducted from the refund to help recover costs incurred and time lost by the artist. 

Once you receive your finished portrait, it is not returnable, and you will not receive a refund of payment. 

4. For any other other merchandise: If the item was purchased  through Fine Art America, Contrado or Le Geleriste read their refund policies.

4. Refunds for personal services such as Taro Card readings, tutoring, ect: There are no refunds.
